What exactly is the NDIS?
A variety of disability services are offered by Maroota Greens throughout NSW and the ACT. These services can be provided at home, at work, in a Maroota Greens Community Services Hub, or in your neighborhood.
People with disabilities under 65 can access government funding for the care and support they require through the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS), which is based on each person’s unique needs and goals.
The NDIS offers financing for various things, including jobs, necessities of life, housing, hobbies, and much more!
You have the last say. You decide which disability service providers you wish to provide the help from, along with the type, timing, and location of the support.
Payment for Temporary Transformation
The Temporary Transformation Payment (TTP), designed to support service providers while they complete their transition to working under the NDIS, was established by the National Disability Insurance Agency (NDIA) in 2019.
You and the quantity of assistance you require won’t suffer from the TTP. Whether you decide to work with a provider who uses the TTP or one who doesn’t, the NDIA will make sure you have enough money.
The TTP is set at 3% of the support cost as of July 1, 2022.
Maroota Greens complies with the NDIA’s eligibility requirements when using TTP prices.
Price List for NDIS
Personal protective equipment (PPE) temporary price limit hikes and COVID-19 pricing arrangements
As of January 1, 2022, the NDIA will be applicable:
The price caps for community participation supports and assistance with daily living, excluding group core supports and supported independent living (SIL), will temporarily increase by 0.25%.
A brief 0.4% increase in the price ceilings for SIL and group core supports.
The higher price limitations are a short-term solution. The temporary increase is necessary to ensure suppliers can support employees with sufficient PPE. The NDIA will closely monitor the necessity of this interim price limit hike and public health orders.
For the expense of PPE for support workers, providers will no longer make a separate claim against participant plans.
The services you get from Maroota Greens will remain the same despite the higher price caps. The NDIA will examine the funding of a participant’s plan if their services are cut back due to the temporary increase.
