Supported Employment
Supported Employment
Learn new skills, increase self-assurance, make money, and create career chances, all within the framework of a business setting. It’s not simply a job, either. You’ll meet new people, pick up specialist job skills, and join a group of people who will be like a second family. To help you achieve your NDIS goals, Maroota Greens offers customized assistance and roles adapted to meet various talents and abilities. This creates employment opportunities for persons with disabilities.

Workplace education
A flexible work-based training program is available from Maroota Greens, complementing skills acquired on the job and accelerating your path to employment.
Training can be delivered in both group and individual settings depending on your needs, preferences, and NDIS funding. The options for learning will center on the following:
- Teamwork
- Organization, planning, decision-making, and problem-solving
